I’d recommend you to consider Axiotron Modbook, which is basically an Apple MacBook that’s been converted into a tablet PC.
My configuration came with a 2.2-GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 CPU and 4GB of RAM, making this one of the most powerful tablets to date.
