Is there a program for Mac that is similar to Windows Journal for the Tablet PC?

  uhm ya its called never buy a mac but since u stupidly did it, run bootcamp and put win 7 on it.

  There are many similar software on Mac, but most of them are sharing software that you are easy find and download.
  
  The free software i know : DreamDiary, viJournal Lite
  
  Most of their functions are similar to windows Journal, after all, they are not the same software, may be there aren’t some features you are used to , but you will adjust the new one after a period of time.
