I have an ipad and want to replace it with an ipod touch. Can I restore my ipad backup to the ipod touch? Or can I copy the apps and data from ipad to ipod touch?

You have to connect your iPod to iTunes, with your same account and you’ll see there your already bought/purchased apps. You’ll be able to install them on your iPod. The photos and music are also stored in iTunes, so you’ll have to drag them to your iPod.There’s no way to just sync the two devices, to my knowledge.

I need an app where i tin show and control a presentation from my computer and have someone watch it on and ipad, but not be able to control it from the ipad; Just watch it. Does that App exist?

As in a remote second screen? There is one program on the App Store but it is reportedly quite buggy and not a worthwhile investment.
