if there was no point in it, than why many companies copied it now?
clones are all arounds, from cheap to expensive one like galaxy tab, is better than ipod when it comes to read, edit documents and books and surfing the web, its expensive of course, but no one force you to buy it, i dont want to pay so much, but i must admit , its nice device for who can afford it. -

@mariosunshinefaan :p It is pretty much the same, you’ve got to admit it! I have an Itouch and I see know point of the Ipad. My mum has one though o-o It’s getting to the point where people will buy a product JUST becuase it is fro apple.

@abayomix yea go live in Africa in a hut away from iPad 3d tv and all the technology that gives us enjoyment. I’ll stay in the 21st century and be doomed by all this marvelous technology that will eventually take my soul.

Technology are now getting overburdening…we do not need all this to improve the quality of our life. Now i’m thinking of going back to africa to find some peace from this capitalism trying to sell to us what we done really need. Dam 3D tv, dam to touch screens, dam google maps and all the billboards across the world. We can survive with sun, food and water. so thanks

go and see techPAD an ANDROID Tablet much much cheaper and with more capabilities, i bought mine yesterday and i’m really happy with my purchase! ( I had doubts because it was from china but it had quality dudes!)

@trebortsew Agreed its not a laptop, apple specifically limited it to not cut into their own laptop sales. As far as 3g….I personally don’t see how you need it. Most people have home wifi, many have access at work. When you add in free wifi at starbucks and mcdonald’s its really accessible for most people. All that said it looks like a great device and I would love to have one eventually.

I just got a 16GB Wi-Fi iPad and i’m really not sure if i can get my HD games for iPad for free…
You see, i have an iPod touch, and i have a lot of paid games for it. And i really don’t want to pay for the HD games for the iPad.
Is it possible to get the HD games for free by somehow transferring and upgrading the games from my iPod?
PLEASE REPLY NEED HELP!!!

@xxMyamxx thanks , i wonder how many hours i could use the iPad specially i have Netflix where i think i can watch movies on iPad? so i wonder how many hours a day i could use the iPad , actually im a youtube user i’ve seen a lot of movies , and now i have Netflix.

3g network like at&t. but on the ipad. 16.00$ isnt unlimited. there is no unlimited plan on the ipad at the time

If someone have an iPhone 4 u know how good battery it has and a iPad have 2 of those batteries

@B0s3M4n thanks for the reply but u said monthly is only $16.00 using the 3G? what u mean 3G? is that the iPhone 3G. i am really planning to get rid off my laptop or USB w/c im paying too much $60.00 a month but unlimitted use. Is $16.00 a month unlimitted use too? And also my laptop is kinda heavy , lmao!

@trebortsew well i had Sprint before but my friends has iPhone so they encouraged me to switch to AT&T but the sevice is bad! i never had a problem w/ the Sprint but i just like iPhone , if u have iPhone definitely u have an internet but u have to pay if u want to download something that’s what the AT&T agent told me. im planning to go back to AT&T the service is really bad, too many call failed, and can’t use it if im up the hill , Sprint has a lot better service.

@Tarzana324 the ipad is NOT a laptop…it’s merely just a multimedia device w/ no flash…outside of wifi, u would need at&t’s crappy 3g service (purchase seperately) wow – u have free internet on ur iphone?? everyone i know has to pay for a data plan

Yea, I really like calendars and the fact that I can buy all my text book through the kindle app. That’s the reason why I bought the iPad. To buy text books for my classes, and let me tell you, I saved $480.34 by buying my text books digitally than buying the hard backs. Yes the ipad is worth it
